We are currently working on a new planning application for a flatted development near to Eastleigh Town Centre.
Following Pre-Application advice from the Council, we are compiling the various reports required to enable the application to be submitted.
With various constraints, this development has many considerations to overcome. However the end result will be quality living spaces for up to 24 1-2 bedroom flats for the local community.
There are a multitude of nearby amenities, along with excellent transport links to the local area and also much further afield with the Bus station, Train Station and Airport only a stone throw away, they will be highly accessible and attractive homes.
