We have recently begun the build of 29 affordable homes in Ashfield, just south of Romsey.
We’ve partnered with housing association giant Abri to bring the scheme to fruition, and have worked closely with Marie of Teal Planning to sign off the final pre-start planning conditions with Test Valley Borough Council following a long planning process completed by our predecessors.
Just under 2 miles from Romsey and 7 miles from Southampton, with the M27 & M3 nearby, this semi rural location is well connected by road to local amenities.
This new community will be delivered in 2027.
