Progress continues at our Ashfield development in Romsey, with the final roof now going on and another important milestone reached in the construction programme.
Following the relocation of the electricity pole, roofing works can now move ahead on the final five plots, helping bring the current phase of the development closer to completion.
Attention is also turning to what comes next. Our groundworkers are preparing to commence Stage 2, with main services works scheduled to begin in the next two weeks. These upcoming works will help lay the foundations for the next stage of progress across the site.
