A new chapter is taking shape at The Fair, Weyhill, as demolition is now complete and groundworks are well underway for nine new homes.
It’s an exciting milestone for the site, with the former building now cleared and the foundations of its next chapter beginning to emerge.
The development will deliver nine thoughtfully designed new homes, creating a high-quality residential scheme in this well-established part of Weyhill.
And progress is already moving quickly. Within the first week of groundworks, foundations for five of the nine new homes have already been laid, giving a real sense of the transformation taking place on site.
With demolition successfully completed, our construction team is making excellent progress, preparing the site and bringing the new development to life.
