We are well under way with the roof at Rivendale House in Central Eastleigh, after obtaining permission in November for three units on the roof.
The canopy is on, roof is now off, and the steel frame is booked in.
The new roof has been designed to enhance the current building, this was deemed the most appropriate finish for this prominent position on the approach to Eastleigh’s Town Centre.
Using the original features of the building to it’s advantage, the roof will be in the form of a traditional Edwardian roof extension, with a more modern approach being taken to the rear of the building where an extension has already been built under a previous permission.
We look forward to seeing the building being completed late Spring / Summer 2018.
