We are very excited to advise we have recently secured another Option Agreement. This time on a vacant piece of land in the stunning area of Netley, near the historic Netley Abbey ruins just 10 minutes outside of Southampton city centre.
Designs are well underway for a development of 9 homes in a mix of 2,3 & 4 beds. We look forward to finalising specifications with our Architect and Planning Consultant in the coming weeks. With a view of submitting a full application mid-July.
