We’re very pleased to say another happy purchaser has moved into their home in time for Christmas.
In the current economic climate we are all experiencing long delays in many parts of the conveyancing process. Sales are taking longer than usual to arrive at completion which can be at times distressing for the parties involved, so we’re pleased the purchasers can settle in time for the festive break.
Leaving only a few homes to occupy with sales progressing well, the community at The Stables in Netley will shortly be at full occupation.
We look forward to moving on to our next projects in 2021 and bringing more quality homes to the South Coast later in the year.
