Following our previous announcement about our partnership with Aster to deliver 29 affordable homes in Ashfield, just south of Romsey, we’re pleased to share a progress update from the site.
Since works commenced, significant progress has been made with the groundworks across the development. Despite a particularly wet period of weather, which has brought its fair share of mud and challenging site conditions, the team has continued to push forward and maintain momentum.
With much of the groundworks now completed, we have recently begun brick and blockwork on the first plots, marking an exciting milestone as the development starts to visibly take shape above ground.
We are continuing to work closely with Aster and the wider project team to deliver this new community of 29 affordable homes, with completion on course for 2027.
