On the 21st November 2023 we completed and handed over 13 one and two bedroom flats to Eastleigh Borough council ready for new Affordable Housing tenants of which one family have now moved in!
The old British Gas Building was left empty during the pandemic, and with office spaces becoming less in demand, Rivendale acquired the building and worked hard to gain permission to convert it much needed residential use.
Rivendale are both proud and pleased to have ben involved in such a development. The finished flats look fantastic, and within a good central area close to all local amenities we hope the new residents are very happy there.
