Building Conversion won at appeal

We are very happy to announce that we have recently won at appeal the conversion and extension of a large existing detached double garage in Horton Heath.

Works are due to start soon on this spacious 1-2 bed property, with an expected completion date of August 2017.

This concludes our Cherry Drove trio, having previously renovated the spacious original house on the site named ‘Hideaway’, and built the quite spectacular new build property ‘Southview’.

Situated just off of Botley Road, the access to local amenities is fantastic – with the benefit of the locally renowned Public House ‘The Brigadier Gerard’ just a stone’s throw away.

The towns of Eastleigh, Winchester and Southampton are all close by, with nearby motorway links offering quick access to London and the North. England’s stunning South Coast, South Downs National Park and The New Forest National Park are all within close proximity.

The property itself boasts large bi-fold doors leading to a generous patio. The garden, situated to the side of the property, also includes a shed suitable for bicycle storage and will be laid to lawn. To the front is a shingle drive with 2 large parking spaces, planting, bin storage and access to the garden from both sides of the property.

Inside will feature our usual highly specified finish. A downstairs shower & cloakroom, dining / second bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge.

Oak stairs lead up to the master bathroom and bedroom, which benefits from views out of a Juliet balcony over the Countryside behind, synonymous with this quiet cul-de-sac.

Do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to register your early interest in the property.
