Permission was recently granted to us by Test Valley Borough Council for a commercial development in Romsey.
Demolition of two existing commercial units is due to start February 2022.
We will in their place be building nine industrial units of various sizes. Boasting an excellent location on the outskirts of Romsey, these units will be available to let or buy late 2022.
