Our development The Sidings, located in Faberstown close to Andover is progressing nicely and on track to be ready to handover before Christmas 2023.
We purchased the site and gained planning to demolish the old bungalow called Rear View and build 7 three bedroom homes back in 2022. We have since sold the site to Wiltshire Council and are continuing to build the homes for them which will be a mixture of Affordable housing with three being available to rent and four as shared ownership.
Each home features air source heat pumps, fitted kitchens, tiled bathrooms and superb view over the rolling countryside.
